Where do all our delicious fruits and berries actually come from? Luckily for us, insects love flowers. Beneath the petals they find food such as sugary nectar and nutritious pollen. As they fly between the flowers they move the pollen from one flower to another which helps the plants to bear fruit. It’s called pollination and is a wonderful thing in nature!
Behind this beautiful book are Anna Lind Lewin and Lotta Fabricius Kristiansen who run Pollinate Sweden and work to spread knowledge about pollinating insects and their vital work. With beautiful illustrations by August Prize nominee Aron Landahl.
