Christmas in the Big Woods/Jul i stora skogen

In the Big Woods everybody is waiting for Santa! The bunnies practice greeting phrases and plan what foods to have on the Christmas table.

The birds of the woods dress the spruce trees with crab apples, pieces of glass and feathers of all colors. But the bunny children Nina and Kain get tired of waiting. They go out in the winter night to try to find Santa and end up in a snowstorm.

This is a wonderfully joyful and moving Christmas tale in 25 episodes, which can be an episode a day in December all the way to Christmas Day.

Ulf Stark combines comedy and drama with the classical fairytale and has created a story that everybody will take to heart.

Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award nominee Eva Eriksson has created around one hundred delightfully beautiful illustrations.

Poetic and joyful – one of the best Christmas books!
