Lotta on Troublemaker Street/Lotta på Bråkmakargatan
Lotta on Troublemaker Street is headstrong, ingenious and fearless – a positively irresistible child!
One morning, not long after having turned five, Lotta began her day by waking up angry. She had dreamt something she did not like, and then mom turned up wanting to put a jumper on her, one which itched and scratched. Mom thought Lotta was being difficult and making a fuss, but Lotta disagreed. She decided then and there that it was just as well she moved from home!
Astrid Lindgren’s stories about Lotta on Troublemaker Street are beloved classics which remain timely due to their modern feel. This book is a new edition with illustrations by one of Sweden’s most current and appreciated illustrators, Cecilia Heikkilä.
